If you would like to discuss a dispute with us, we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. If you feel you can’t work it out with us you can refer to the KNMT’s complaint system. The KNMT complaints officer can offer assistance in resolving your complaint by advising and, if necessary, mediating between you and the dentist.
The Complaint Management Office is available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. On Thursdays, the office is closed.
